In many of today's 'modern' music programs, they appear to have forgotten one of the oldest and most useful features ever invented... The notepad! If you fondly remember the good time you had entering text and having it imbedded inside of a song you're working on, then those good days are back with AnalogX DXPad!

In order for this plugin to be of any use to you, the program you use must allow you to have active effects open in realtime, such as the Paris or WaveLab. With these programs, you simply set DXPad as one of the effects, edit the properties, and WALA! You have a notepad inside your favorite DirectX-enabled application! What's even cooler is that this plugin supports the external presets, so you can set up basic text and store it as a preset, so you don't need to type in info that you always use over and over.

In order to use this plugin, you must have DirectX 6 or greater installed, as well as DirectX Media. You must also have a DirectX audio-compatible music application (like Paris, WaveLab, Cakewalk, etc) installed in order to use the plugin. It works with either a mono (1 channel) or stereo (2 channel) audio stream, at either 16bit or 32bit.

Once again, I'd like to take a second to thank Derek von Krogh, who was the driving force behind me making this particular plugin.
