Copy that...

This goes out to all the Win2k admins out there, and you know who you are! If you use Terminal Services then I'm sure you've probably lamented about it's inability to copy files between the client and the server. There have been a couple of options to get around this, most notably the rdp clipboard copier that Microsoft supplies, but if you've been fortunate enough to actually get it to work, and unfortunate enough to use it, then you know it lacks the convenience that the rest of Terminal Services has. Enter AnalogX TSDropCopy. Basically TSDropCopy is a client and server (the same program operates as both) that allows you to quickly and easily send files back and forth over an existing Terminal Services connection - no DLL's, no dependencies, heck, you can just copy the exe over to the server and you're in business. So if this sounds like just what the doctor ordered for your TS headaches or you'd like to find out a bit more, then head over to the Download/System area and grab yourself a copy hot off the compiler.
So, what happened to that password management program you wrote on The Screen Savers you ask? Simple, it's fallen into another one of the common voids that software falls into - feature creep. Several brave souls are testing it right now and helping to refine the functionality, but rest assured that it's release will be in the not too distant future. Probably before the program Chris Pirillo keep bugging me about gets release, but who can truly say... :)
For those of you who are interested, you may now call me Captain AnalogX - yes, that's right, I am officially a helicopter pilot thanks to everyone over at Quantum Helicopters . Definitely quite a bit more work than I had originally thought it would be, but worth every minute - it's an absolute blast. At some point I'll write a ramble about what it entailed to get the license, so if you're interested keep checking back.
